Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., adhesives, sealants once opened)
- Safety equipment and sanitary products
- Customized or special-order items
- Gift cards and downloadable products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned after the 7-day period (at management’s discretion)
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming receipt and approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your card issuer — processing time may vary.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@fixerbuild.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email info@fixerbuild.com with your order details.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once received.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
